The wind was perfect, the costumes were legendary, and the spirit of community was stronger than ever. Last Saturday, October 25, 2025, the Hong Kong sailing scene was electrified by the unforgettable Beneteau Rendezvous – Halloween Edition.
It was a day that perfectly blended thrilling navigation with festive celebration, uniting our beloved Beneteau family in a way only we can.
A Scenic Rally Through Hong Kong Waters
The adventure kicked off under a brilliant sky as our fleet of majestic Beneteau yachts departed from the stunning Repulse Bay. Owners and their crews turned their focus to the water, navigating a picturesque and challenging course.
The route took them past the iconic landmarks of Cape D’Auglier and Castle Rock, offering breathtaking views and testing their seafaring skills. It was a true display of sailing prowess, with the entire fleet masterfully completing the rally within the four-hour timeframe—a testament to the skill that defines our community.
An Epic Shorefront Party: Heroes vs. Villains
As the sun set, the scene shifted to the vibrant Middle Island, Aberdeen Boat Club, where everyone was ready to show off their costumes! The “Heroes vs. Villains” after-party theme brought out the creativity and competitive spirit of our owners.
The venue was a dynamic spectacle of capes, masks, and iconic costumes. Was that a superhero casually discussing sail trim? A notorious villain celebrating a successful rally at the cocktail area? The lines between good and evil were deliciously blurred, all in the name of fun and camaraderie.
The evening continued with a celebratory prize-giving ceremony, where we honored the outstanding achievements and sportsmanship displayed during the day’s rally.

More than just a race or a party, the Rendezvous is an annual tradition that reinforces the bonds within the community. Alexandre TRICOT, Brand Manager of BENETEAU and Lagoon at ASIAMARINE, captured this sentiment perfectly in his address to the gathered owners.
